Melbourne milliner Rebecca Share wins at Myer Fashions on the Field

Crown Oaks Day saw creativity at its best during the prestigious Myer Fashions on the Field Millinery Award. More than 50 of Australia’s leading milliners participated in the competition - an invitation-only opportunity to showcase their finest designs.
Melbourne milliner Rebecca Share took the honours with a stunning navy and white looped creation with deep red petal shaped detail.
Mandy Murphy was awarded first runner up for her large dramatic black angled creation which featured a soft red flower detail.
Louise Macdonald was named second runner up with a highly creative wrap-style dark pink and orange headpiece with contrasting lime feathers.
As the winner of the Millinery Award, Rebecca will receive a trip for two to London flying Emirates Airline plus a $2,000 travel voucher and will be treated to a $4,000 Myer shopping spree, a weekend for two at the Sofitel Melbourne on Collins, Antler Luggage and a host of other prizes.
Crown Oaks Day marks the conclusion of the prestigious 2011 Myer Fashions on the Field competition, however the fashion action does not end there. Emirates Stakes Day Fashions on the Field will be held on Saturday, featuring categories for Juniors, Seniors and a new category for families to enter.
